Southland Casket Co. Inc. has been an independent family business since its founding in 1928. Southern funeral directors have entrusted us to provide quality products, value and outstanding service for three generations.

Ernest Lunsford Sr. entered the casket and funeral supply business in 1917. He traveled the southeast, providing his customers with quality products and value. Following World War II, Ernest Lunsford Jr. moved the company into manufacturing with a large line of quality innovative casket products.

While the industry has seen many changes, our commitments to quality and service have remained steadfast. Today, Southland serves the southeast from our four regional distribution centers and two manufacturing plants.
